Dr. Matthew A. Nikoloff was born and raised in Grove City, PA. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Elizabethtown College. He then attended medical school in Hershey, PA at the Penn State College of Medicine. He remained at the Hershey Medical Center to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine, followed by his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
Dr. Nikoloff joined Chambersburg Gastroenterology in July of 2011. He is board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is also a staff member of Chambersburg Endoscopy Center and Chambersburg Hospital. He has special interests in pancreatic and biliary disease as well as liver disease.
Dr. Nikoloff is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Nikoloff lives with his wife and has three children. In his free time he enjoys reading, especially World War II history, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
