Dr. Mark Dobish is a native of Pennsylvania, having been born and raised in Wilkes-Barre. He graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He obtained his Medical Degree as well from Georgetown University. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He then did a Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Connecticut in Farmington.
Dr. Dobish has been practicing in Chambersburg since 1987 when he joined Dr. Enders. Dr. Dobish is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is on the staff of Chambersburg Hospital and is a former Chairman of the Internal Medicine Department. He is also a staff member of Chambersburg Endoscopy Center.
Dr. Dobish is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association, American Society of Gastroenterology Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology, and Franklin County Medical Society.
Dr. Dobish lives in Chambersburg with his wife. Dr Dobish enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, camping and gardening. As an Eagle Scout, he continues to remain involved with the Boy Scouts.
