Brittany Wagner is a native of Chambersburg and a graduate of James Buchanan High School. After receiving her Bachelors in Nursing from Penn State in 2003 she moved to Philadelphia for a short time working as a nurse at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Later after moving out of the “Big City” to Bethlehem Pennsylvania, she worked in a Neuro-Trauma Intensive Care Unit for five years. She received her Master of Science Nursing-Education in 2011.
In 2012, Brittany returned to her hometown of Chambersburg and began a full time teaching position at HACC of Gettysburg, instructing registered nursing students in critical care. She later took time off from teaching when her and her husband, Kris, were blessed with two boys. While taking care of the family, Brittany provided care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit of the Chambersburg Hospital. In July of 2016, Chambersburg Gastroenterology Associates welcomed her to the practice after obtaining a Post-Master’s Certificate in the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program.
Aside from her medical profession Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church events, and Penn State Football.
